Service Discord bots of the RMRP project

This website hosts the official pages of four internal Discord bots of the RMRP game project (rmrp.ru — a GTA 5 RP server on RAGE:MP): RMRP BackUp, RMRP Staff, RMRP API Google and RMRP Tickets. The bots are built by the project's own team for its own internal operations. They do not provide services to third parties and are not listed in public bot directories.

🗃️ RMRP BackUp

Backup and restore of the project's Discord servers: channels, roles, permissions, bans, threads and messages. Scheduled interval backups, JSON export, role and ban synchronisation between servers.

Staff position management: granting and revoking positions, automatic recalculation of roles and nicknames, an operation log with crash recovery.

A bridge between Google Sheets (Google Apps Script) and Discord: publishing and editing service messages, granting roles, changing nicknames, listing members.

A player support ticket system: ticket hub, private channels, assignee routing, auto-ping, closing, ratings and dialogue logs. One instance serves game servers prod0–prod5.

Common principles

One project. All four bots were built exclusively for the RMRP game project and are used only on its internal Discord servers.
Internal operations only. The bots do not send advertising, do not sell services, do not process payment data and do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Least privilege. Each bot requests only the Discord permissions required for its tasks (listed on each bot's page).
Official API. The bots use the official Discord API and are not affiliated with Discord Inc.
