Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the internal Discord bots of the RMRP game project: RMRP BackUp, RMRP Staff, RMRP API Google and RMRP Tickets (each a “Bot”, together the “Bots”). By using the Bots in any way — invoking commands, pressing buttons, submitting forms, requests or API calls — you agree to these Terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the rules of the RMRP project.
2. Description of the service
- The Bots are internal service tools of the RMRP game project (rmrp.ru), built exclusively for that project.
- The Bots operate only on the project's internal Discord servers and its game servers (prod0–prod5) and are not intended for third-party servers.
- The Bots are provided free of charge, “as is”, with no availability guarantees and no guarantee of any in-game or administrative outcome.
- The Bots are not public services, do not provide services to third parties and are not affiliated with Discord Inc.
3. The bots and their purposes

3.1. RMRP BackUp
The bot works only on commands from authorised project administrators. Restoring a server from a backup deletes and recreates the current channels and roles, so such operations are performed deliberately and only on servers owned by the project. We take all reasonable measures to keep backups intact but do not guarantee the restoration of data that did not exist when a backup was taken, or that was lost for reasons outside the bot's control.
3.2. RMRP Staff
The bot applies position decisions made by authorised project staff: positions granted or revoked, roles and nicknames. Command access is computed automatically from the user's current position. Staff operations are logged for internal audit. Challenges to staff decisions follow the project's own rules rather than bot support.
3.3. RMRP API Google
The service is not intended for external users: its HTTP interface is protected by an access key and by default accepts connections only from the local address of our server. Any attempt to reach the service without our authorisation (including key guessing, scanning and automated requests) is prohibited. Only authorised project personnel have access to the key and to the service Google Sheets.
3.4. RMRP Tickets
Support requests are created by players voluntarily. It is prohibited to open tickets with false information, to duplicate requests in order to create load, to insult staff or other players, to publish other people's personal data, spam, advertising or malicious links. A support staff member or the ticket author can close a ticket; closed ticket channels are deleted automatically. Ratings submitted after closing are used only for internal quality analytics.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- use the Bots only within the RMRP project's internal processes and only within the authority granted to you;
- provide accurate data in forms, tickets and requests, and not to submit other people's personal data without a proper basis;
- comply with the Discord Terms of Service, the Discord Community Guidelines and the RMRP project rules;
- not use data obtained through the Bots (including exports and backups) outside the project's tasks.
5. Prohibited
- using the Bots for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of third parties;
- attempting unauthorised access to the Bots, their databases, state files, keys, servers or source code;
- deliberately creating false requests, tickets, reports, applications or error reports, or otherwise falsifying service records;
- using mass and irreversible operations (server restore, bulk grants and revocations, backup deletion) without authorisation;
- automating interaction with the Bots (scripts, self-bots, bulk command and API calls) without the administration's agreement;
- impersonating project administrators, the Bots' developers or any other person;
- using the Bots for mass messaging, advertising or distributing malicious content;
- copying, decompiling or redistributing the Bots or their parts without our written permission.
6. Administrators' rights
The project's administration and the Bots' developers may, at their discretion and without prior notice: restrict or terminate a user's access to the Bots; revoke or correct service records created through abuse; change the functionality of the Bots; or suspend the Bots for maintenance. All in-game and disciplinary decisions are made under the RMRP project rules and are appealed in the manner set by the project.
7. Intellectual property
The Bots, their code, design, texts and visual elements belong to us or are used lawfully. The names and trademarks of Discord, Google, RMRP, RAGE:MP, GTA and other platforms are used for information purposes only and belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The Bots are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, preservation of data during platform failures, or compatibility with future changes to the Discord API or Google APIs.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or in-game consequences such as removed roles, dismissals, blacklisting, or loss of channel content during a server restore, arising from the application of the project's rules.
- We are not responsible for failures and restrictions on the side of Discord, Google and other third-party services.
- Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for using the Bots (the Bots are free of charge, so that amount is zero).
9. User data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy (including a section per bot), which forms an integral part of these Terms. Using the Bots means you accept the processing of data to the extent described in the Policy.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. The current version is always available at
https://dis.rmrp-tech.ru/terms.en.html and the effective date is stated at the top. Continued use
of the Bots after a new version is published means you accept it. If you disagree, you must stop using the
Bots.
11. Termination of access
The Terms apply while you use the Bots. We may discontinue the Bots or terminate an individual user's access at any time. Sections 7–9 and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved by contacting project support; before approaching a competent authority the parties undertake to attempt to settle the matter in a pre-trial procedure.
